Ribbon Cutting at Tender Loving Care  

A Ribbon Cutting ceremony was held last month at Tender Loving Care by Maureen which is at 5-7 Lake Street in Owego. The ceremony celebrated the anniversary of the store's expansion, and National Red Hat Day. The store is owned by Maureen Mathewson and has been in business for seven years.
