Ribbon Cutting at Covey's Family Restaurant

A Ribbon Cutting ceremony was held at Covey's Family Restaurant at 187 Main Street in Owego last month.

 Owners Sue and Jim Covey are excited about the reopening of their restaurant and their new dinner hours which are Tuesday through Saturday 4:30 to 8:30 pm.
 The restaurant also has a new dining room appearance and new menu items including Pork Schnitzel, Fried Oysters, Barbecued Pork Spare Ribs, and Chicken Gruyere.

 Covey's Family Restaurant opened February 18, 1997, in what was the former Owego Diner which dated backs to the 1930s.

 Covey's Family Restaurant is also open for breakfast seven days a week and lunch Monday through Friday. Call 687-7568 for dinner reservations.
