Brush and Leaf Pick Up 

The Town of Owego Highway Department will have its spring brush and leaf pick up beginning May 2, 2005. Brush and tree limbs must be stacked at the curb and should be no longer than six feet and no larger than eight inches in diameter. Leaves must be bagged and set at the curb.

 The highway department will continue to pick up brush and bagged leaves until the end of May.
