Join a naturalist for a general hike through Waterman woods.
Feel free to bring a lunch for after the hike. $2 members, $3 non-members.
• Kids Tracking
March 12, Saturday, 1-3pm
Learn to identify some common tracks, make plaster casts, learn
how to move like local animals. For kids ages 5-10 and an adult. Reservations
required.$5 members, $7 non-members (Adult and one child, $2 per additional
child.)
• Volunteer Meeting
March 16, Wednesday, 9:30 am
• Winter Tree Program
March 19, Saturday, 10am-Noon
Eric Watkins shows how to use bark, twigs, and buds to identify
trees. $3 members, $5 non-members.
• Build a Bat House
March 19, Saturday, Noon-1pm
Learn about bats and build a bat house. Reservation required.
$20 members, $25 non-members.
• Built a Bluebird Box
March 19, Saturday, 1:30-2:30pm
Learn about bluebirds and build a bluebird house. Reservations
required. $15 members, $20 non-members.
• Spring Writing/Storytelling
March20, Sunday, 1-4pm
The session starts with a short hike. Once inside, start putting
your ideas on papers. $5 members, $7 non-members.
