Summer Camp Open House

Archery practice at the Hidden Valley 4H Camp. Archery is just one of the many activities available at the camp. You can learn more at the open house on March 16. 

 Youth aged 8 to 18 interested in attending a residential camp this summer can learn what the Hidden Valley 4-H Camp in beautiful Watkins Glen State Park has to offer by visiting the Open House on Wednesday, March 16, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in room 107 at the Tioga County Office Building at 56 Main Street in Owego.
 Laura Kahabka, the camp's administrator, will provide information and answer questions.  

 Some of the many activities at the camp are archery, arts and crafts, astronomy, basket weaving, campfire cooking, canoeing, drama, entomology, fishing, horsemanship, kickboxing, outdoor skills, rocketry, stream safari, swimming, trail blazing and woodworking. 

 The camp offers six one-week sessions from July through August for $240 a week. Early bird discounts and scholarships are available.
