Multi-Cultural Festival Planned for May 

On May 7, the Tioga County United Way will sponsor A Gathering of People Festival from 10:00 am to  4:00 pm at the Tioga Trails Café in downtown Owego. The festival will include live music, dancing, storytellers, artists, food tasting and a fashion show with fashions from the US and overseas. This event is open to the public. 
 Tioga County United Way is  taking applications from artist and venders who would like to take part in the event. For applications and more information, call (607) 687 - 4457.
