Free Money-Saving Workshops
 Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tioga County (CCE Tioga) is offering two money-saving workshops, and the workshops are free. 

Save Energy, Save Dollars
 Learn how to reduce your energy bills by reducing your energy use through no-cost or low-cost methods. Offered at the County Office Building in Owego on February 22, the Fire Hall in Spencer on March 16, and the Village Hall in Newark Valley on March 24.

Making Ends Meet
 Learn how to get more for your money by identifying your spending and controlling the things you can change. Offered at the County Office Building in Owego on March 1, the Fire Hall in Spencer on March 30, and the Village Hall in Newark Valley on March 31. 
 Each workshop is only two hours long, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Call CCE Tioga at 687-4020 to register or get more information.
