New Development for Tioga Terrace 

 Last month, the Town of Owego's Planning Board approved plans for Phase 1 of a 22-lot residential subdivision known as "Terrace in the Woods" in Apalachin. The new development will sit at the top of Tioga Terrace, which has not seen new growth like this in nearly 15 years. Terrace in the Woods features large wooded lots of 1.3 to 5+ acres.
