Simply drop off your message from the heart at the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce or at M & T Bank, both on Front Street in Owego.  Heart messages may be store bought or hand made, but should measure no more than 12 inches at its longest point. You may include a message to a person, a pet, a business, or municipal entity or the entire community!  You may chose instead to decorate your heart with no message at all. All messages are to be positive in nature and spirit, and will be displayed at the sole discretion of the Historic Owego Marketplace Association (HOMA). 

 You may enter your message from the heart into the judging contest. Prizes will be awarded for the funniest, cutest, most original, and most beautiful categories. All entries will become the sole property of HOMA.

 So search your soul and your heart, let a friend know you're thinking of them, recognize a favor or a good deed, or simply say "Hi" or "Thank You!" Then come down to the Heart of Owego, and view the large strolling exhibit in the front windows of participating merchants. If you're lucky, you may find a message that is meant especially for you "Straight from the Heart, in the Heart of Downtown Owego."
