Chamber Sponsors "Economic Forum 2005"

 The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce will host Economic Forum 2005 at the Owego Treadway Inn and Conference Center on Thursday, February 17. The breakfast buffet will begin at 7:30 am with the program running from 8:00 to 10:00 am.

 The moderator for the program is Bob Moppert, Regional Director for Empire State Development.  A panel of guests will present their views on the local economic forecast for Tioga County and the surrounding area.  Invited panelists are: Bruce Nelson of, Nelson Lamplighter and Jailhouse Properties, Joseph Koslowski, Associate Economist for New York State Department of Labor, Randy Templeton, Real Estate Broker and past President of the Greater Binghamton Association of Realtors, Joseph D'Abbracci, Director of Human Resources, Lockheed Martin Owego, and Doug Barton, Director of Tioga County Economic Development and Planning.

 The cost of the event is $15.00 per person for Tioga Chamber members, and $20.00 per person for non-chamber members. Reservations are required and the deadline for reservations is February 15. Call the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce for more information or reservations at (607) 687-2020.
