Red Cross Offers Courses

 The Southern Tier Chapter of the American Red Cross is accepting registrations for the following classes.

• Pet First Aid
 This class teaches emergency care procedures for cats and dogs, and how to keep your cat or dog healthy and happy as well. Pet First Aid kits are available for sale on site as well. The class will be held on Thursday, January 27, from 6:00 to 10:00 pm at the Endicott office of the American Red Cross at 620 E. Main Street. Fee is $25. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. 

• Babysitter's Training
 Enroll your child in Babysitter's Training in order to give them the skills and confidence they need to become a great babysitter. Program includes lessons in leadership, basic care, safety and safe play, and basic first aid. The class will be held Monday, January 17, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, at the Red Cross office at 620 E. Main Street in Endicott. Fee is $35. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. Children must be between the ages of 11 and 15. Please bring a bag lunch.
