Hub Brown to Celebrate 99th Birthday

 H. H. "Hub" Brown, whose column "Some Observations from the Hill" has been a regular feature in The Community Press, will celebrate his 99th birthday on February 5 at the Parkview on Front Street in Owego.

 The celebration will begin at 2:00 pm. A continuous buffet will be available. Friends and fans of Hub are welcome to stop by and wish him a Happy 99th Birthday!
