• Give the Gift of a Habitat
December 4, Saturday, 1 - 3 pm
  When you build that blue bird box or bat box not only are you helping the wildlife in your area, you also have a neat gift for that person who has everything. Reservations Required. Choice of Bat Box or Blue Bird Box. $20 members, $25 for non-members.

• Cross-Country Skiing Class
December 11, Saturday, 1 - 3 pm
  Bring your skis or rent a pair from Waterman. Class will go over the basics and then head out to the trails. Weather permitting. Registration required. $5 members/$10  non-members with ski rental. $3  members/$6 for non-members without ski rental.

• Snowshoe Hike
December 11, Saturday, 3 - 5 pm
  Bring snowshoes or rent a pair. Bring a flashlight because it will be getting dark by the time the group  gets back. Weather permitting. Registration required. $5 members/$10  non-members with ski rental. $3  members/$6 non-members without ski rental.

• Waterman Travelogue - Nine Days in Britain
December 12, Sunday, 1 pm

  Enjoy a slide tour and tales of Harry Barnes' nine-day trip to England and Scotland via the Flying Scotsman to Edinburgh. Reservations Required. Free for members, $2 non-members.

• Volunteer Naturalist Meeting
December 15, Wednesday, 12:30 pm
  All volunteers are invited to  discuss opportunities for volunteering at Waterman.

• Tracking Club
December 18, Saturday, 10 am -1 pm
  Learn about local animals in order to identify the tracks they leave behind. Bring a notebook, pencil, and measuring tape. Dress for the weather. Registration required. $3 for members,
$5 non-members

• Children's Holiday Day Camp
December 28, 29, 30, 9 am - 3 pm
  Children can explore the magic of winter during  Holiday Day Camp. Bring a lunch and dress for outdoor activities. Reservations required. $15 a day or $40 for all three days for members, $20 a day or $55 for all three days for non-members
