Sixteen second graders from St. Patrick's School in Owego visited the
Waterman Conservation Center in Apalachin on November 23. The students
presented the center with seven African Water Frogs that they raised from
tadpoles as a school project teaching them interaction with animals. While
at the center, the children visited with Yoshi and Edison, Waterman's two
resident green iguanas.
