Former patrons of Dutch's Bar on Main Street in Apalachin pay a final farewell to the building with a toast before the wrecking ball demolishes the area landmark. The Town of Owego, which condemned the building earlier this year, will have the building torn down later this month. The cost of the demolition will be put on the property tax bill of the owner.
