VFW Celebrates Anniversary with "USO" Show 

 In celebration of the 105th Anniversary of the VFW, the Glenn A. Warner Post #1371 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Owego, will hold a mock  USO Show on October 16, from 2:00 to 6:00 pm with singer, dancers comedy, and more. 
 There will also be raffles, door prizes, and food including donuts and cider, hot dogs, soda (25 cents) and  Italian sausage (with peppers & onions) and beer (hall only, 50 cents). 

 Tickets are available at the VFW Post and proceeds go to the post and Auxiliary Life Membership Funds. Tickets cost $10. 

 The VFW will also be collecting personal items to send to the troops.
