Cyera Richter, 16, of Nichols-Tioga Girl Scout Troop 944 has just completed her "Gold Award Project." Because Cyera wanted to give something back to the senior citizens of the community, her project was to have a gazebo constructed for the Nichols School House Apartments. Pictured above is Cyera Richter (3rd from the left) with residents of the Nichols School House.  The Gold Award is the equivalent of the Eagle  Scout for the Boy Scouts.
