Increased Filing Fees for RP-5217 Forms
The enactment of the 2004-05 state budget included passage of a provision increasing the RP-5217 filing fee from $50 to $75 for qualifying residential or farm property. All other real property transfers will be raised to $165. This increase became effective on September 1, 2004.
