Windows In Time

The Tioga Council of Arts "Windows In Time" project will continue with the installation of 13 "windows in time" depicting the history of Tioga County with a window for the towns, villages, and hamlets in the county. The "windows" (which are paintings depicting old-time scenes) will be installed on the Tioga County Office Building at 56 Main Street in Owego.

Below is the Berkshire Church interpreted by Suzanne Whiting of Apalachin. These "windows in time" are scheduled to be installed in September.
