The heavy rains during the past month caused this mudslide in the Village
of Owego on Upper North Ave just after a heavy rain on Saturday afternoon
July 31. The Owego Fire Department assisted the Village of Owego
Police in re-routing traffic until the rain stopped and the road way was
cleared.
