Apalachin Author To Sign Copies of New Book

 Saving Lord Verwood Book CoverRomance author Elena Greene of Apalachin will be signing copies her new book, Saving Lord Verwood, on Thursday, June 10, at 7:30 pm at Barnes & Noble in the Town Square Mall. 

 Saving Lord Verwood is Elena's fifth Regency (romance set in the time of Jane Austen) and the third in a series of stories featuring the "Three Disgraces."  The trilogy centers around three unconventional young women from different classes of Regency society who become friends at a select school for  girls. 

 In Saving Lord Verwood, Penelope, the third of the friends, saves the life of  the disreputable Lord Verwood and in doing so, becomes embroiled in the plots against him. 

 Saving Lord  Verwood has earned a four 1/2 star review from Romantic Times Book Club and is one of their Top Picks for May. Reviewers have called it "an intriguing tale of hope, love and joy" (Romantic Times), and  "a delightful blend of wit and mystery" (Rendezvous).
