Volunteers Needed

• Tioga County Fair 
 The Tioga County Fair Board is looking for volunteers to assist in the annual "Pretty Baby" contest, as well as the "Little Miss and Mrs." Contest.  The Tioga County Fair kicks off its full five-day week of activities on July 6-13, 2004.  It is held at the Fairgrounds on Main Street (Rt. 17C) in Owego.  If you are interested in working on these two committees, please contact Bernie Brown at 687-1308.  
 

• Home Delivered Meal Drivers   
Volunteer drivers are need to deliver meals in Wverly, Spencer, Newark Valley, and Apalachin. Drivers can volunteer once a week, once a month, or as substitutes, according to their schedule. Drivers must be available between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm on the days they are scheduled, have their own vehicle, and enjoy working with senior citizens.
