Ribbon Cutting at Village Heritage Shop
 A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held at the Village Heritage Shop at 167 Main Street in Owego. This new antique and collectibles store is owned by Raymond and Deborah Pursall. The Village Heritage Shop specializes in "honoring the past, specializing in the primitive." The store is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
