Unlicensed Vehicle Storage

     The Town of Owego would like to remind its residents that the Property Maintenance Code of New York State allows for the outside storage of one (1) unlicensed motor vehicle, provided that the vehicle is in a condition to be put back on the road and not in a state of major disassembly.
