Robert Kishpaugh, a member of Susquehanna Hose Company #1 who passed away on March 19, 2004, was honored by the Owego Fire Department with a funeral procession from Estey & Monroe Funeral Home on Park Street in the Village of Owego to the Tioga Cemetery on Route 17C, just west of the village. 
 Owego Fire Company's 1866 Amoskeag Steamer, which Kishpaugh maintained, was used to carry  Kishpaugh's flag- draped casket in the procession.
