Engineers Day at Lockheed Martin

Lockheed Martin Systems Integration in Owego, along with the Tioga County Coalition for Better Schools, sponsored Engineers Day at the Lockheed Martin facility on Wednesday, February 25. The event was held in conjunction with Engineers Week. More than 120 eighth grade students from six Tioga County schools and two Broome County schools attended the event. The day was filled with math and science challenges, and Lockheed Martin engineers directed students in hands-on projects that show how engineering impacts daily life. For more photos.
