 The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce membership announces new officers and board members for 2004: Chairman - John J. Stevens, Tioga State Bank; 1st Vice Chair - David Woodburn, Visions FCU; 2nd Vice Chair - Wayne Clark, M&T Bank; 3rd Vice Chair - James VonEsch, Owego Treadway Inn; Secretary - Florence M. Brinkman, Community Bank NA; Treasurer - Antoinette Murphy; Immediate Past Chair - Matt Adler Cheevers, Hand & Angeline; New Directors  - Keith Lorenzetti, NYSEG; Sean Mills, Sales Manager; Bryan Scanlon, Scott Smith & Son, Inc.; Frank Zurla, ENSCO, Inc.; and Ted Baxter, Sanmina, SCI Corporation.

 At the chambers annual awards dinner on January 29, the following awards were given: Community Service Award to Wayne Clark; Beautification Award to Chemung Canal Trust; Small Business Award to Nick Rossi of Nick's Garage (pictured below); and Company of the Year to Scott Smith & Son.
