Park Terrace Food Pantry Opens 

The staff at the Park Terrace Food Pantry Annex accepts bags of food from Apalachin Lions Club 3rd Vice-President Fred Brown. The food was donated to the Lions Club from Donoli's Restaurant, which collected donations of food from passengers on their Holiday Wagon Rides last month. The pantry staff is looking forward to serving their neighbors.
 

 The Park Terrace Food Pantry Annex in Apalachin opened on January 1 to serve those in our community who need food for their families. The pantry is well stocked with food and personal care items which were donated by the community. The food pantry is in the basement of the Park Terrace Community United Methodist Church on Glann Road in Apalachin. It is open Thursdays from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

 Although the pantry mainly stocks non-perishable food items, at times they will receive some perishable items. Please feel free to check weekly to see what is available.

 The Park Terrace Food Pantry Annex is a joint effort of the Park Terrace Community United Methodist Church, the Open Door Mission, and the Food Bank of the Southern Tier in Elmira.  The pantry staff wishes to thank everyone who cared enough to be so generous.
