Free business workshops will be offered in Tioga and Broome Counties early this year. The topics include "Successful Marketying," "Building Your Business," and "Should You Go Into Business?". 

 In Owego, the workshops will be held at the Tioga County Office Building, Room 107-108, 56 Main Street in Owego. In Binghamton, the workshops will be held at the Broome County Library, 185 Court Street in Binghamton.

 All classes meet from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
