Edwards Graduates

FN Rocco J. Edwards, son of Irene and Robert Edwards of Owego, graduated from Navy Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, on November 7, 2003.  
 
Rocco will be stationed in Charleston, South Carolina, where he will be training to be a Nuclear Electrician Mate.
