Senator Libous, Open Door Mission Promote Literacy and Warmth

Senator Thomas Libous, right, hands out a book and coat at the Owego Open Door Mission's First Literacy/Coat Drive. The event, which was held last month, offered free winter coats with the purchase of ten-cent books to help promote literacy and ensure that community members in need stay warm during winter months. All books and coats were donated by community members and groups.
