Binghamton Woman's Photo Chosen ‘Most Popular'   

The Tioga County Council on the Arts announced the winner of "The Most Popular" Award for the 9th Annual Animal Photo Contest.

 Sharon Atkinson of Binghamton won a Blue Ribbon for her photo "Whiskers." The council thanks all who participated in this year's contest and also thanks Agway of Owego and Mr. Paul Cavataio for displaying the entries.

  Winners of the photo contest were announced last month, but all the entries were displayed at Agway and the public was invited to vote for their favorite photo. More than 100 photos were on display.
