Marte Sauerbrey, Executive Director of the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce, cuts the ribbon at the formal opening for Tioga Business 2003 on October 9. More than 100 businesses and organizations participated in this year's annual business show at the Owego Treadway Inn and Conference Center. The goal of the event was to provide a well-attended, professional business show that will generate many opportunities for businesses to introduce new products and services, establish new contacts, and promote their company image. The theme of this year's show was "Creativity and Innovation" and featured studetns from the Owego Middle School with SPARKe," a solar/electric car.
