Garden Club Meeting - 7 pm, Apalachin Federated Garden Club meets at St. Margaret Mary Church Hall, Penna Ave. Maura Kisloski will show how to make a serving plate decoupage. $3.00.

Madrigal Choir of Binghamton - 7pm at First Congregational Church of Newark Valley (UCC), Main St., Newark Valley. Free will offering. Reception follows concert.

Many Lands Market - 11 am to 5 pm, one-day ethnic festival with entertainment, foods, and crafts from around the globe. At American Civic Association, 131 Front St., Binghamton. Free admission.

County Legislature Meeting - 1:30, in the Edward Hubbard Auditorium, 56 Main St., Owego.

Book Sale - 1 to 5 pm, with a Bag Sale from 4 to 5 pm. Coburn Library, 275 Main St., Owego.

Spaghetti Dinner - 4:30 to 6:30 pm, Park Terrace CUMC, Glann Rd., Apalachin. $5 adults, $3,  ages 5-12, under 5 free.

Concert - 7 pm, "Music for the Soul," contemporary and Gospel music, at the Park Terrace CUMC, Glann Rd., Apalachin. Love offering to benefit "Food Pantry Annex"
