• Book Bags for Sale
Book Bags are still for sale at the library. They are only $10.00 each and are a great way for you to help support the library and get a handy gift for yourself. The bags are large canvas bags that say I Support the Apalachin Library on the front.

• New Saturday Hours
On Saturdays, the library will be open from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

• Thank You
Thank you to everyone that dropped off bottles, cans, and plastic returnable bottles. The library is not collecting any more bottles at this time.  Girl Scout Troop 66 of Apalachin counted and bagged everything for the library. Many thanks to leaders Mary Gleason and Bonnie Hathaway and of course the girls for their hard work.  It was a big job that the girls happily did to support the library.

• Books for Sale
There are always books for sale in the lobby of the library at very reasonable prices. There are all types of books for adults and children.

• Thank you, Firefighters
Thank you to the firefighters from Apalachin who came to story hour on October 9. Everyone had a wonderful morning learning about fire safety and seeing an ambulance.
