Photo Contest Winners Announced 

Winners of the 9th Annual Amateur Animal Photo Contest have been announced by the Tioga County Council on the Arts. They are:

 Best of Show was awarded to  "Kitty" taken by Valerie Iacovelli.
 In the "Most Humorous" category, First Place was awarded to "Bubba in a Bag" by Joyce Hood; Second Place to "Rusty" by Amy Pipher; and Third Place to "Dog with Bone" by Cheryl Kishpaugh-Jordan.

 In the "Most Photogenic" Category, First Place was awarded to "Sibling Love" by Valerie Squier; Second Place to "Proud Peacock" by Helga Stein; and Third Place to "Dog in Water" by Dreama Smith.

 All of the photos are on display at the Owego Agway, where you can vote for the "Most Popular" photo. Ballots  will be available at Agway until October 15.
