Brush & Leaf Pickup 

in Town of Owego  The Town of Owego Highway Department will have their Fall Brush and Leaf Pickup starting the third week of October (October 14, 2003). Brush must be stacked at the curb and should be no longer than six feet and no larger than four inches in diameter. Leaves must be bagged and set at the curb.
 The town will continue to pick up brush and bagged leaves until the end of November.
