4-H Tack Sale on Oct. 17 & 18 

The Tioga County 4-H Horse Program members will hold their 3rd Annual Tack Sale on Friday and Saturday, October 17 and 18, at the 4-H Youth Building on the Tioga County Fairgrounds, Route 17C, Owego. The sale hours are from 4:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday, and from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday. Consignments will be accepted on Thursday, October 16, from 4:00 to 9:00 pm.

 In addition to the tack available for sale, there will be a silent auction for "Tack Baskets," contributed by the Tioga County 4-H horse clubs, food available for purchase, and opportunities for prizes.
