John A Sykas, 51 of Warren Center has successfully earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor, CIC. He is the owner of Skyline Services, a NY/PA insurance agency located in Stateline Plaza Little Meadows, Pennsylvania.
 In order to earn the designation of CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), each individual must have attended five institutes covering all phases of the insurance business and passed five rigorous examinations.

 Sykas, a 14 year veteran of the insurance industry, believes insurance consumers are best served by those who acquire and maintain a high level of professional excellence.
