Endicott Man Dies In Route 17 Crash
     
 Christopher L. Ciotoli, 31, of Endicott died after he apparently lost control of the Chevrolet van he was driving on Route 17 just east of the Nichols rest area on July 31 at about 2:55 pm.  Ciotoli was traveling east  when the van went off the right side of the road, crossed back into the driving lane, rolled several times, and landed right side up in the median. Ciotoli was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Tioga County Coroner Neil Lewis. Ciotoli was alone in the van and there were no other vehicles involved in the accident.
