Five Injured In Two-Vehicle Accident

 Five people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of West Beecher Hill  and Weiss Roads on the afternoon of July 28. Three of the injured were children. A two-year-old girl was seriously injured and was air lifted to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse were she was listed in serious condition. The other two children, both three-years-old, were taken to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre were they were treated and released. 
 The drivers, Barbara Rockwell, 29, of Weiss Road, and Dorothy Martin, 21, of Park Settlement Road, were taken to Wilson Memorial Hospital were they were treated and released.  
 According to the Sheriff's Department, Martin was westbound on West Beecher Road when her car collided with Rockwell's car, which was south bound on Weiss Road.  Rockwell, who was alone in her car, pulled out of Weiss Road into the path of Martin's car.
