The Tioga County Democratic Committee will hold its 2003 Annual Chicken Barbecue Dinner at 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 14 at the Hickories Park in Owego.

 Guest speakers will be heard from the local State Democratic Committee and local candidates will be present as well. A silent auction and 50-50 raffle will be held during the fund raiser.
