Bouton to Run for Owego Town Council

 John A. Bouton announced his intention to run as a Republican candidate for the position of Owego Town Councilman. John is a life-long resident of the Town of Owego, and graduated from Owego Free Academy in 1982. He was a nineteen-year employee of Sanmina Corporation, where he started in manufacturing and ended with staff assignments. Currently, he is the owner of The Wine Connection in the Village of Owego.

 John feels he is uniquely qualified to run for Owego Town Council because of his fiscal responsibility. He gained much needed experience in governmental administration with his term on the Village of Owego Board of Trustees where he served as Deputy Mayor, Public Works Commissioner, and Police Commissioner.
 John lives in the Village of Owego with his wife, Terri.
