 The Owego Business and Professional Women have scholarships available for women of Tioga County who need additional training/education for advancement within the workforce, or to obtain re-entry positions. Leadership Tioga 
 Leadership Tioga is now receiving applications for the upcoming session that starts September 9, 2003. This year  partial scholarship funds are available to pay for tuition costs, the deadline is July 14. For more information call the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce at 687-2020.
