At the Celebration of the Opening of the new Court Street Bridge on July 4 in Owego.

A large flock of yellow rubber duckies are tossed into the Susquehanna River from the new Court Street Bridge for the Rubber Ducky Derby. The duckies "swam" downstream where a group of canoeists and kayakers stationed in the river near the Tioga County Historical Museum retrieved the duckies.
