Hickory Smoked Blues Festival
July 26 at Hickories Park

 The Hickory Smoked Blues Festival, an all-day event featuring nine great performances on two stages, will take place on Saturday, July 26, at the Hickories Park in Owego. 

 Performers at this year's festival include Leon Russell, Big Bill Morganfield (son of Legendary Muddy Waters), Deb Davies, Michael Burks, Frost Bit Blue, Eric Ross Blues Band, The New Rockefellers, Second Class Citizens, and Bonnie Bowers.

 Gates will open at 12:00 Noon with performances throughout the day and into the evening. Vendors will be on site offering BBQ style food as well as a variety of refreshments throughout the day.

 Tickets cost $17.50 in advance or $20.00 at the gate. For ticket information, call the Tioga County Council on the Arts at 687-0785, or visit  www.hickorysmokedblues.com. Ticket outlets include Ithaca Guitar Works, all Giant locations, Chemung Canal Trust, John's Fine Foods, Tioga State Bank, and Visions Federal Credit Union branches.
