Felicia Roberts, 17, a Senior at OFA and the daughter of Mike and Barb Roberts of Apalachin, finished as First Runner Up in the New York State World of Beauty Pageant held at Lake George last month.  Felicia was also chosen as "Most Photogenic" She was also winner of the Miss Teen Winterworld Pageant held in Binghamton last November. Felicia will be entering the Miss Teen Southern Tier Pageant to be held in Binghamton later this month.
