Law Ride 2003-Last month, motorcycle police officers from the Owego Police Department and  Broome County attended the Law Ride 2003, an annual event in which thousands of motorcycle-riding law enforcement officers and their friends and supporter ride to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C., to honor those who gave their lives in the line of duty.
