A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on May 16 at Grand Central Fine Food
& Spirits, 53 South Depot Street in Owego. The restaurant is located
in the old train station on South Depot Street. Open Tuesday through Saturday,
they feature wonderful lunches and a unique dinner menu.
