New Court Fees

  Tioga County Clerk Carole LaPlante has a list of new court fees that were increased by the passage of the New York State budget. The new fees, which will go into effect on July 14, 2003, are:

• Index Number Fee - $210
• File Motion or Cross Motion - $45
• File Stipulation of Settlement or Voluntary Discontinuance - $35
• Request for Judicial Intervention - $95
• Note of Issue - $30
• RJI and Note of Issue Together - $125
• Demand for Jury Trial - $65
• Notice of Appeal - $65
• SCAR Petition - $30
